Seasonal and regional ingredients, many from our own production and directly from the farm. Supposedly simple dishes that dance the Tarantella on the palate. Add to that the stunning views across to the surrounding mountain peaks. While enjoying an à la carte glass of vino. Unexpectedly fantastic.

For us, a good day starts with a really good meal. Sometimes sweet, sometimes savoury. Freshly harvested, home-made and served at the table. Totally relaxed, without anyone impatiently pushing ahead, and without queueing. Much of the food on the table comes directly from the farm, other products from local businesses and good friends.
