You can pay the bill for your stay with your Visa, Mastercard, EC card or in cash. Cash payments are possible within the legal limit of 4,999.00 Euro. For payments by bank transfer, the amount must have been credited to our bank account before departure. Cheques, Dinner Club and American Express cards are not accepted.
The Perntal is first and foremost a retreat for people seeking peace and quiet and for guests with discerning culinary tastes. And it is also important for our animals on the farm that we maintain their usual calm environment and avoid stressful situations. We therefore ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments and all communal areas.
We care about waste separation. Appropriate containers are available.
No plastic bottles! South Tyrol benefits from an excellent water quality. There are also public drinking fountains along most hiking trails and in all villages - so there is no need to buy bottled water.
Any damage to the holiday apartments will be charged.
